Delete your CogniPlan account
If you used CogniPlan with an account or sync, you can request deletion of your account and associated synced data.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your CogniPlan account, or include the sign-in provider and account email you used. Use the subject “Delete my CogniPlan account”.

- The email address or provider used to sign in, such as Apple, Google, or Facebook.
- A clear statement that you want your CogniPlan account and synced data deleted.
- Any extra information needed to verify ownership if your sign-in email is hidden or private relay is used.
What deletion covers
Account deletion requests are intended to remove your account record and synced CogniPlan data associated with that account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements. Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing local app data.
